In einem Interview mit Newsarama hat Daniel erwähnt, dass er in nächster Zeit wieder mit Morrison zusammenarbeiten wird:

Obviously, your run is going longer as you begin a new story in Issue #698, while Judd's beginning a gig on a different bi-weekly comic. Are you the ongoing writer on Batman for the foreseeable future?

Daniel: Pretty much. I’m going to be teaming up with Grant Morrison for a couple special issues as his artist, then I’m returning as writer/artist for Batman after that.

Nrama: Are you writing Issue #700? And/or drawing it? Are you involved in the Return of Bruce Wayne or its aftermath?

Daniel: Initially I was. But that changed as we figured out the upcoming schedule. When Grant requested we reunite for a couple issues, well, you don’t say no to Grant!

So wie ich das verstehe, wird Morrison Batman #700 und #701 schreiben und Daniel zeichnen. In den Juni-Solis wurde ja interessanterweise nichts davon erwähnt, anscheinend will man den Inhalt noch möglichst geheim halten.

Man scheint auf ein Grundkonzept a la Robin Hood zu setzen:

Die DC Solis für Juni.

Batman und Superman erreichen gleichzeitig die Nummer 700, und Wonder Woman die 600? Da wurde doch sicher getrickst! Die Variantcover von Mike Mignola zu Batman klingen aber sehr interessant.

Mal wieder zu 95% nur Müll, für mich gibt's Fables, Scalped, American Vampire, Sweet Tooth und eventuell Batman #700. Übrigens ist das Wonder Woman Cover das beste Beispiel dafür, warum man George Pérez heutzutage niemandem mehr zumuten kann.

MANN.... einerseits ist es geil das G-Mo Quitely mit zu #700 bringt andererseits hasse ich es wenn die Geschichte eines Autors über mehrere Serien gezogen wird. Bei RoBW verstehe ich es noch... aber bei der #700 sieht es so aus als könnte es auch perfekt in B&R reinpassen, als Annual zb.
