Bei Titeln, die bereits bei nem anderen Verlag erschienen sind, ist es immer extrem schwierig da an die Lizenz zu kommen. Ich würde jetzt mal sagen, daß es fast ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit ist. Normalerweise sind die Lizenzgeber da sehr sehr kritisch und riskieren lieber nicht, daß ihr Werk den Abnehmer wechselt aus Angst davor, daß es nicht gut umgesetzt wird.
Teilweise laufen die Lizenzverträge auch noch weiter, obwohl die Serie eingestellt ist. Mit dem Ende der Lizenz darf nämlich auch kein alter Band der Serie mehr verkauft werden. Zumindest ist so der Regelfall.

Nur so als kleine Info am Rande.

Beim City Hunter ist es aber etwas anders...

EMA hätte gerne nach Band.10 weiter gemacht aber sie haben (nach eigenen Angaben) die Lizenz für Band.11-35 nicht mehr bekommen da alle Lizenzen für seine Werke an Tsukasa Hojo selber zurück gegangen sind und jetzt bei seinem Verlag COAMIX stehen.

Anfragen von EMA bei COAMIX wegen der CH Lizenz wurden damals nicht beantwortet (wahrscheinlich) weil Tsukasa Hojo seine Manga damals auf den US Markt bringen wollte (ist natürlich bedeutender als der deutsche Markt) was aber leider in Sachen Verkaufszahlen nicht klappte und so wurde City Hunter nach Band.5 in den USA wieder eingestellt.

Deshalb natürlich die Frage ob er jetzt eventuell bereit wäre seine Lizenzen wieder nach Deutschland zu vergeben ? Ein Gerücht besagt auch das Tsukasa Hojo seine Lizenzen nur noch als komplett Set vergibt was aber EMA nicht wollte da sie nur interesse an City Hunter , F.Compo und Angel Heart gehabt hätten aber nicht an Cat's eye , Rash , den Kurzgeschichten und den Novels.

Ich weiß das man das nicht vergleichen kann aber sowohl Panini Frankreich als auch Panini Italien bringen in ihren Ländern aktuell City Hunter (complete Edition) , Cat's eye (complete Edition) und Angel Heart heraus.

Ja ja. Das ist ja nochmal komplett was anderes. Sagen wir mal so. Wenn jetzt die Lizenz bei EMA zwar weg wäre, weil Vertrag ausgelaufen oder wie auch immer und z.B. wir dann kommen würden, dann würden uns die Japaner den Vogel zeigen. Das hab ich damit gemeint.
Das mit Panini Italien/Frankreich ist halt auch nochmal ne andere Sache. In Italien haben wir z.B. auch die Rechte für Death Note und Naruto usw. Das ist da strikt getrennt zwischen den Ländern. Leider;-)

Eventually the opposite characters of Louis and Ide end up confronting each other in a tennis match. Ide is an incredible fast learner, but he is no match... until Hinako decides to give him advice. Things only get worse, however, when their club president decides to put Louis and Ide as a doubles pair for the upcoming inter-highschool tournament!

Shanimuni Go is a mix of comedy, sports and drama. While the main plot involves the friendship between Louis and Ide and their problems, equally importance is given to Hinako's problems and feelings about her accident, as well as to the lives and experiences of all the members of the Makunogama high school tennis club. This is not a manga full of romances and romantic moments, which makes it a great read for anybody, no matter their tastes, though it might disappoint those who love heroines in continuous romantic problems.
